Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. This document constitutes a digital agreement between the Buyer and Ramyra Beauty (the Seller).

These Terms & Conditions cover the following policies:

*Order Confirmation*
After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation call from our team. Orders will only be processed for dispatch after successful confirmation. If a customer fails to respond to two confirmation attempts made by our team, the order will only be processed upon advance payment.

*Order Cancellation & Amendments*
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended after one (1) hour of placement to ensure efficient processing. Additionally, once an order is out for delivery, refusal at the time of delivery is not permitted. In such cases, the applicable clauses mentioned below will apply.

*Cancellation & Delivery Charges*
In case of order cancellation, customers are required to pay the delivery charges through online transfer only. Cash collection at the doorstep will not be available. Our standard delivery charge is PKR 250/-.

If a customer fails to pay the delivery charges or does not cooperate in the resolution process, Ramyra Beauty reserves the right to list the customer’s details under the category *“Fraud/Fake Customer”* on our platform. This measure is taken to prevent fake orders, which significantly impact cash-on-delivery operations.

*Refusal at Doorstep*
Refusal of an order at the time of delivery will result in automatic blacklisting. The customer will not be allowed to place future orders on our website until all outstanding delivery charges are fully cleared.
