Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

All return, exchange, and refund requests are strictly subject to compliance with the *Unboxing Video Clause* mentioned above. The unboxing video serves as proof that the parcel received belongs to *Ramyra Beauty* and was delivered in its original condition. Claims for return, exchange, or refund will *not be processed without a valid unboxing video* clearly showing the sealed parcel being opened.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are *only applicable* in cases where the customer receives a *damaged or missing product*.

In the event of a refund, *only the product amount will be refunded. Delivery charges and any bank or payment gateway charges are **non-refundable*. All refund decisions will be finalized by management based on the nature of the claim.

Approved refund claims will be processed *within 15 working days*.

Returns are accepted *only if the product remains unused, untested, and unopened*. No return, exchange, or refund will be entertained for products that have been opened, used, or tested.

If a refund request requires the return of the parcel, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us and for bearing all associated delivery charges.

For exchanges or replacements, *all delivery charges throughout the process will be borne by the customer*.
